Foundation
Rod System
Our preferred method and ideal solution for most types of ground. Our steel rod system provide a stable, level base and airflow to help with the longevity of your build
Concrete Foundation
We choose this option for builds over 30m2 or in a situation where a large amount of weight will be supported such as a hot tub or gym equipment.
Base
Built to last , we use either solid 4x3 timber or 6x2 rafters unlike most companies that use 4x2 ours are built to last. Completed with 100mm insulation boards and 22mm moisture resistance boards be confident in your build
Walls
Our walls are crafted from kiln-dried c24 grade 4x2 timber for maximum durability and strength. To further reinforce the structure, type 3 OSB boards are fixed to the outside and in some cases the inside. This transforms the walls into a robust structural wall. Unlike our competitors who attach the cladding directly to the frame, we add this extra layer for strength and stability. On top of this we add a breathable membrane to fully protect the build. To finish off, we install roofing battens which the cladding is then fixed onto proving the necessary airflow and moisture releases.
Windows And Doors

Aesthetics and Finishing
Our rooms are finished to the highest of standards, internally and externally focusing on every fine detail. From corner trims do anthracite facia boards, we take every fine detail into consideration. We offer a full plaster board finish as standard and an upgraded decorative package which includes everything from painting to laminate flooring
When it comes to roofing materials our two choices are simple: EPDM or 3 layer felt system.
EPMD is a long lasting rubber that offers a sleek , durable and modern finish. Quick to install and a 20 year warranty it a first choice for use.
In environments that are slightly harsher such as over hanging trees or areas that offer the potential of a high level of leaves, litter or debris, we prefer to offer a felt system. What felt lacks in aesthetics it makes up for with durability.
